Role Summary

The SAP Functional Consultant (CO-PC) is responsible for supporting SAP implementation projects by analyzing business requirements and configuring SAP solutions related to Product Costing and Controlling processes. This role works closely with business users, project teams, and technical consultants to deliver effective SAP solutions that support financial and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to product costing and controlling processes and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

• Configure and implement SAP CO-PC functionalities, including product costing, cost planning, cost roll-up, and variance analysis.

• Support SAP implementation project activities, including functional design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live preparation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as FI, MM, PP, and technical consultants to ensure system integration.

• Conduct workshops and requirement discussions with business stakeholders to understand operational needs.

• Support issue analysis and troubleshooting during project implementation and post-go-live support.

• Prepare functional documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

• Provide user support and knowledge transfer to business users when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with hands-on experience in SAP CO-PC (Product Costing).

• Good understanding of product costing concepts, including standard costing, cost component structure, and variance analysis.

• Experience in SAP configuration and functional design related to CO-PC processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment.

• Good command of Thai and English communication.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with hands-on experience in SAP CO-PC (Product Costing).

The SAP Functional Lead/ Team Lead is responsible for leading the functional team in delivering SAP implementation projects, particularly in the FI or CO-PC modules. This role involves managing functional consultants, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

• Lead and manage the SAP functional team during implementation projects for FI or CO-PC modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs and system configurations.

• Design and review SAP solutions and configurations to ensure alignment with business processes and best practices.

• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Provide functional guidance and mentorship to consultants and junior team members.

• Support solution architecture, testing strategy, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of Thai and English communication.

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation with strong expertise in SAP FI or CO-PC modules.

  • Lead functional teams in SAP implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and system configuration.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery, testing, and go-live support.

• Implement/develop an E-Tax and Digital Signature software product.
• Able to work in a team environment delivering quality software that meets requirements working to a timeline.
• Provide expert advice on standards and methodologies of application design and functionality.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, Information System, or related fields.
• 0-3 years of work experience in Developer (Golang, Angular)
• Programming skills : Golang and Angular
• Knowledge in database using MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of SQL Command
• Knowledge of concept of Object Oriented Programming.

Role Summary

We are looking for a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant who can connect business strategy with analytics outcomes. Unlike purely technical roles, this position requires the ability to engage business stakeholders, present top-down perspectives, and support presales activities.

The role complements our strong technical team by focusing on business storytelling, solution positioning, and presales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Storytelling

• Engage with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into analytics-driven outcomes.
• Present top-down narratives that resonate with executives (business value, ROI, decision-making impact).
• Bridge communication between technical consultants and business stakeholders.

Presales & Customer Engagement

• Deliver customer demos, proof of concepts, and presentations tailored to specific industries (FSI, Real Estate, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Participate in proposal preparation, RFP responses, and customer meetings.
• Position SAC against competitors (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) with strong business-driven use cases.

Solution Delivery

• Oversee SAC implementation at a business process level while collaborating with technical consultants for detailed execution.
• Ensure solution alignment with corporate KPIs, planning cycles, and performance management needs.
• Promote clean core principles in SAC adoption (scalability, governance, and integration best practices).

QUALIFICATION:

• 7+ years experience in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning, Dashboard, Predictive).
• Proven experience in presales: customer presentations, POCs, proposals.
• Strong business acumen with ability to engage executives in English and Thai.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, or related field.
• SAP Analytics Cloud certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP BW/BI will be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Software Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of work experience of implement SuccessFactors/HCM (Senior) / 3 years for Mid level
• At least 2 full cycle project implementation SuccessFactors/HCM, or other HR software
• Must be strong in Time&Payroll modules
• Experience in implementation, customization and maintenance of SuccessFactors module and related sub modules
• Excellent analytical problem-evaluation skills
• Experience in working with Clients, focus on Client satisfaction
• Experience with direct communication and cooperation on-site client
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
