Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and business process design workshops.
  • Analyze business requirements and support solution design with senior consultants.
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Prepare Configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide post-Go-Live support & assist users with system-related questions/incidents.
  • Develop business and functional knowledge continuously to support project delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Process Design, Business Transformation, ERP Implementation, or a related field.
  • Experience in a consulting firm or IT consulting environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve work productivity is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new business domains and technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.

(Middle-Senior) SAP Consultant – Group Reporting / BPC (Welcome Key/Business Users)

  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and accounting standards.

Role Summary

The SAP Functional Consultant (Group Reporting / BPC) is responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions for financial consolidation and reporting. The role involves working closely with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, configure SAP systems, and ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting or SAP BPC solutions for financial consolidation and reporting.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations and system solutions.

  • Configure consolidation structures, master data, and reporting frameworks to support accurate financial reporting.

  • Integrate financial data from multiple source systems into SAP Group Reporting or BPC.

  • Ensure financial reporting processes comply with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of system configurations and processes.

  • Provide system support and continuous improvement for consolidation and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery and support activities.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

    At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas:

    1. SAP Group Reporting / BPC (implementation or support), OR

    2. Financial Consolidation / Group Reporting as a Key User / Business User
    • Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes (e.g., intercompany elimination, consolidation adjustments, financial reporting).
    • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP-related systems is a plus.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
    • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn SAP implementation and consulting skills.
    • Team player with high responsibility and commitment.
