Role Summary

We are looking for a SAP DataSphere/Analytics Cloud (SAC) Team Lead (Manager Level) who can connect business strategy with analytics outcomes. Unlike purely technical roles, this position requires the ability to engage business stakeholders, present top-down perspectives, and support presales activities.

The role complements our strong technical team by focusing on business storytelling, solution positioning, and presales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Storytelling

• Engage with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into analytics-driven outcomes.
• Present top-down narratives that resonate with executives (business value, ROI, decision-making impact).
• Bridge communication between technical consultants and business stakeholders.

Presales & Customer Engagement

• Deliver customer demos, proof of concepts, and presentations tailored to specific industries (FSI, Real Estate, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Participate in proposal preparation, RFP responses, and customer meetings.
• Position SAC against competitors (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) with strong business-driven use cases.

Solution Delivery

• Oversee SAC implementation at a business process level while collaborating with technical consultants for detailed execution.
• Ensure solution alignment with corporate KPIs, planning cycles, and performance management needs.
• Promote clean core principles in SAC adoption (scalability, governance, and integration best practices).

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in BI/Analytics/ DataSphere, with 3+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning, Dashboard, Predictive) or DataSphere
• Proven experience in presales: customer presentations, POCs, proposals.
• Strong business acumen with ability to engage executives in English and Thai.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, or related field.
• SAP Analytics Cloud certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP BW/BI will be an advantage.

Role Summary

The SAP Functional Consultant (Group Reporting / BPC) is responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions for financial consolidation and reporting. The role involves working closely with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, configure SAP systems, and ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting or SAP BPC solutions for financial consolidation and reporting.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations and system solutions.

• Configure consolidation structures, master data, and reporting frameworks to support accurate financial reporting.

• Integrate financial data from multiple source systems into SAP Group Reporting or BPC.

• Ensure financial reporting processes comply with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of system configurations and processes.

• Provide system support and continuous improvement for consolidation and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery and support activities.

Qualifications

Role Summary

The SAP Functional Support Consultant is responsible for providing functional support to customers by resolving system incidents, analyzing business requirements, and recommending SAP best practice solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer to join our SAP Development team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and related technologies. You will work closely with SAP Functional, ABAP, and cross-functional teams, as well as collaborate directly with clients across various industries to deliver modern, user-friendly solutions.

Job descriptions:

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Fiori app designs.
• Integrate Fiori apps with SAP back-end systems using OData services and SAP Gateway.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Fiori applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development.
• At least 4 SAP Full-cycle implementation project as an SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer
• Experience leading at least 1 project as a Team Lead
• Understanding of SAP development concepts, guidelines and SAP architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of SAP Gateway, OData services, and SAP NetWeaver architecture.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good command of English.
• Have a SAP certification in SAP Fiori or similar is a differentiator will be an advantage.
• ABAP programming will be an advantage.

• Gather requirements with existing business practices and map clients business processes to SAPs business processes
