At I AM Consulting, we emphasize collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building strong relationships across different work contexts and team setups. While our hybrid working model offers flexibility, our approach is primarily guided by the client’s project requirements. To further strengthen teamwork and connections, we encourage in-person work at the client site or office at least 2-3 days a week.
Our hiring process ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, varying based on the specific roles, candidate pool and urgently need.​
