(Senior) SAP Functional Lead/Team Lead (FI, CO-PC)

Role Summary

The SAP Functional Lead/ Team Lead is responsible for leading the functional team in delivering SAP implementation projects, particularly in the FI or CO-PC modules. This role involves managing functional consultants, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the SAP functional team during implementation projects for FI or CO-PC modules.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs and system configurations.

  • Design and review SAP solutions and configurations to ensure alignment with business processes and best practices.

  • Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Provide functional guidance and mentorship to consultants and junior team members.

  • Support solution architecture, testing strategy, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Conduct client workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with strong expertise in SAP FI or CO-PC modules.

  • Proven experience in leading functional teams or acting as a module lead in SAP implementation projects.

  • Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, controlling, or product costing.

  • Experience in SAP configuration, system design, and integration with other modules.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting project environment.

  • Good command of Thai and English communication.
