Role Summary

The Business Solutions Lead – HCM / SuccessFactors is responsible for driving the growth and delivery of HR technology solutions within the organization. This role leads the HCM practice by defining solution strategies, managing delivery teams, and building strong relationships with clients and partners such as SAP. The position also holds accountability for business performance, including revenue growth, project delivery excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L performance for the HCM / SuccessFactors practice, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and project profitability.

• Lead and develop a team of consultants, project managers, and solution experts to deliver high-quality implementation services.

• Define solution strategy and service offerings related to SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and HR technology solutions.

• Engage with clients at the executive and business leadership level to understand HR transformation needs and provide strategic solutions.

• Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

• Oversee project delivery and implementation quality across HCM-related engagements.

• Build and maintain strategic alliances with SAP and other technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors or other HR technology solutions.

• Proven experience delivering multiple HR modules, ideally covering HRM and HRD solutions.

• Strong track record in pre-sales, solution design, and HR system implementation projects.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing consulting teams, project managers, or delivery teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills, particularly with senior business leaders.

• Experience working in a consulting, system integrator (SI), or professional services environment.

• Strong business acumen with ability to engage executives in English and Thai.
