BUU-ERP & iZign GoLive! ความสำเร็จโครงการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด้านการคลังและต่อยอดระบบลงนามดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา นับเป็นความสำเร็จและอีกก้าวสำคัญในการพัฒนาด้าน Digital Transformation ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา (BUU) ขุมปัญญาตะวันออก ในการนำระบบ SAP S/4HANA เข้ามาพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด้านการคลังพร้อมกับต่อยอดการทำงานด้วย “iZign” เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบลงนามดิจิทัลเดิมของ BUU ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเองโดยสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยให้มีความสมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้นสำหรับการลงนามเอกสารที่ต้องส่งออกไปภายนอก นอกเหนือจากระบบ ERP ระดับโลกอย่าง SAP S/4HANA ที่ทาง BUU เลือกใช้เป็นพื้นฐานในการทำ Digital Transformation แล้ว ทาง BUU เองก็มีบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถในการพัฒนาระบบต่างๆ เพื่อตอบโจทย์การทำงาน รวมถึงระบบลงนามดิจิทัลของ BUU ที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบันเพื่อลงนามเอกสารต่างๆ ภายในองค์กร โดยในโครงการนี้ทาง I AM Consulting ได้นำ “iZign” ซึ่งเป็นระบบลงนามดิจิทัลที่มีความปลอดภัยสูงสุดเข้าไปเสริมกับระบบลงนามดิจิทัลเดิมของ BUU เพื่อให้สามารถใช้ลงนามเอกสารที่จะส่งออกภายนอกได้อย่างมั่นใจยิ่งขึ้น โดยสอดคล้องกับ พ.ร.บ. ว่าด้วยธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มาตรา 28 ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจากโครงการแสดงให้เห็นว่า SAP S/4HANA […]
