While our hybrid working model offers flexibility, our approach is primarily guided by the client’s project requirements. To further strengthen teamwork and connections, we encourage in-person work at the client site or office at least 2-3 days a week. ​

Our hiring process ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, varying based on the specific roles, candidate pool and urgently need.​
